The KEEPOUT Band
The repellent band is developed as a countermeasure for this problem. It is a patented product that applies the function of the TRP channel (physiology). The goal of this band is to strongly activate the sensory nerves of fish and birds, inflict actual damage such as burning sensations and pain, and to make them learn that it is a dangerous place.

Prior to the development of this product, verification tests has been conducted at Iketec Co., Ltd., which is engaged in aquaculture consulting services for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), etc. It is demonstrated that it prevents feeding damage by ducks and black sea bream.
